Q:
Does this Servo run with a 4s lipo or do I have to reduce the voltage to exactly 14V?

It can not run with 4S lipo battery. The voltage must be lower than 14V.

Q:
Seriously need answer to last unanswered question: where to get info on programming this servo - like a data sheet or manual. I specifically need to understand how (and if) max rotation angle can be set to something close to 300 degrees.

On the description we can see: "High performance programmable digital brushless standard servo", How can we program it? Where is the datasheet? we do not even know what are the different wire...could you please give us a link to the datasheet (in english)?

Inmy opinion this is a normal servo that is controlled by the receiver. The difference to other Sorvos is that it can be connected directly to 11-13 volts. The small red 2 pin plug is connected to the battery, don't mix up -. The black plug is connected to the receiver steering channel, pay attention to the signal conductor. Warning: the servo is under power as long as the battery is connected. The servo still works with the 2S Lipo. (without guarantee)
