He's not asking if it varies, he's asking what is the measurement from the hub to the outer edge? People need to know this so they can determine if the wheels will fit inside their body and not rub on it.

Can you take a measurement from inside of rims hex mount to the outer lip inside the wheel. This is the offset of the rim people are asking for and they need to know this so they can determine if the wheel will stick out too far and rub on there body or not. Clearly there's a language issue here so if you google search "how to measure wheel offset" that will show you how to do it and what measurement people need. We'll get there, You can do it! Looking at them by these photos I would say that the hub mating face is pretty central to the tyre.
Some you look at and the hub mating face is not in the wheel very much at all.
